Terms & Conditions

  1. Krakowtaxi4u.com provides only private transfers and all shown prices are per car not per person. We do not provide shared transfers
  2. Transfer service is provided on line 7 days a week upon request. After submitting all your details you will receive booking confirmation with a voucher within 24 hours. If we cannot provide transfer service, we will send you a cancellation of your booking request.
  3. A copy of voucher is your ticket and should be given to the driver performing the transfer service.
  4. On-line reservation needs to be submitted 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time.
  5. Our cars will take you and your luggage. Each vehicle can take one big suitcase and one handbag per person. In some cases, it is possible to carry more luggage, if there is smaller number of passengers. In case you have more luggage in your party, please consider booking the right size vehicle, otherwise you will have to pay greater cost for transferring excess luggage.
  6. To order a transfer service it is necessary to complete the booking form correctly. Customer is responsible for providing us precise personal information and flight details required in the booking form. Customer is responsible for verifying all details provided in the booking form. We are not liable for any errors in information provided by customer, which may result in not supplying the requested service.
  7. Payment for the service is in cash and made directly to the driver.
  8. In case of changing your transfer arrangements, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail: info@krakowtaxi4u.com, fax 0048 12 649 49 91 or phone 0048 601 400 380. there is no extra fee for changing your transfer.
  9. In case of transfer cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail : info@krakowtaxi4u.com, fax 0048 12 649 49 91 or phone 0048 601 400 380.  There is no extra fee for booking cancellation.
  10. We verify flight status daily and our drivers arrive at the airport on time. The driver always waits for our customers in the arrival hall and holds a board with their name. You are carried with our vehicle directly to your destination. The driver will ask you to confirm your pick-up time of return transfer (if ordered) by signing on an outbound form.
  11. In case of changing your pick-up time of return transfer, please confirm it directly with the driver at the airport or with our office by e-mail:    info@krakowtaxi4u.com, fax 0048 12 649 49 91 or phone 0048 601 400 380.
  12. In case of flight delay, there is no extra fee.
  13. If you travel with children, please inform us about their age and whether child seats are required.
  14. We will use every reasonable effort to ensure that the vehicle collects you from your pick-up point and delivers to your destination on time. We will not be liable for any losses or costs you suffer due to any unavoidable delays and caused by circumstances beyond our control or by your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey. All our vehicles are insured for passenger and third party claims as required by Polish law. However, customer's property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage while providing transfer service.
  15. If we fail for any reason within our control to perform the transfer, which was confirmed by our e-mail, we will provide service of at least the same standard. Our liability will be limited to the costs of transportation you incur to get to your destination and which are evidently consequence of our failure.
  16. These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law.
